Challenge
My client needed to automate court appointment scheduling by checking Google Calendar availability and logging events based on SMS notifications from the Legal Aid office. The previous manual process was too slow, often causing missed opportunities.

Solution
I built an automation using iPhone Automations, Make.com, and Google Calendar: SMS notifications are sent to a Make.com webhook for processing. The automation extracts details and checks Google Calendar availability. If available, an event is created, marking the day as "Not Available." A confirmation SMS prompts an auto-reply to secure the appointment.

Results
✅ Under 3 seconds from SMS to confirmed booking.
